1. Who we are
"KVANT Studio" (hereinafter — "we", "operator") is an engineering software development studio based in the Russian Federation. We operate the website https://kvantdev.ru and provide custom development services: CRM systems, web platforms, scrapers, Telegram bots, automation, DevOps.

2. What data we collect
When you submit a form on our website or write to our Telegram bot (@kvant_lead_bot), we may collect:
- Name
- Company name (optional)
- Email or Telegram handle
- Message content / project description
- Any files you voluntarily attach
We also collect technical data automatically: IP address (hashed), browser user agent, referring URL, pages visited, visit timestamps. This is done via Yandex.Metrica (counter ID 108495732) for traffic analytics.
3. Why we collect it
- Responding to inquiries — processing your project request, providing estimates, establishing communication
- Contract execution — if you become a client, we process data necessary to deliver the agreed services
- Website analytics — understanding traffic sources, content performance, UX issues
- Service improvement — aggregated, anonymized metrics
We never use your data for marketing to unrelated parties, never sell it, and never share it for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data based on:
- Your explicit consent (checkbox on the contact form)
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps you request
- Our legitimate interest in running the website and responding to inquiries
- Compliance with applicable Russian law
5. How long we keep it
Inquiry data is kept for up to 3 years after your last interaction with us, unless you request earlier deletion. Client contract data is kept for the duration required by Russian tax and accounting law (typically 5 years). Analytics data is kept by Yandex.Metrica according to their terms.
6. Who we share it with
We only share personal data with:
- Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC) — for website analytics. Yandex Metrica terms
- Telegram Messenger Inc. — when you write to our Telegram bot, your Telegram data is processed by Telegram per their privacy policy
- Our hosting provider (Beget) — server infrastructure for the website and email
- Competent Russian authorities — only when legally required
We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
7. International transfers
Personal data is stored and processed on servers located in the Russian Federation. Some sub-processors (e.g., Telegram) may operate infrastructure outside Russia; in such cases, transfer is governed by your use of the respective service.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: HTTPS with TLS 1.3, HSTS, limited access to data on a need-to-know basis, encrypted backups, server-side input validation. We do not store passwords or payment card data.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Lodge a complaint with the Russian data protection authority (Roskomnadzor)

10. Cookies
We use technical cookies (for basic site functionality) and analytical cookies set by Yandex.Metrica. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may not work correctly.
11. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Significant changes will be communicated via the website.
